However, its growth and operations were being inhibited by its inability to manage the flow of information within its organization. <br><br> So in early 2003, CalSouth hired ADG to build a new management system that would: <li>Consolidate the association data into a single database</li> <li>Build an application that would capture, track and enforce association rules and policies</li> <li>Make the application completely web-based</li> <li>Ensure proper security so that all members of the association (including state office staff, league staff, local volunteers, parents and even players) can participate in the system.</li> <br><br> Six months later, the system went live.
