California Youth Soccer Association South (CalSouth) is one of the largest and most progressive youth soccer organizations in the country. However, its growth and operations were being inhibited by its inability to manage the flow of information within its organization. So in early 2003, CalSouth hired ADG to build a new management system that would: Consolidate the association data into a single database Build an application that would capture, track and enforce association rules and policies Make the application completely web-based Ensure proper security so that all members of the association (including state office staff, league staff, local volunteers, parents and even players) can participate in the system.
